Aroma Coffee is a boutique roastery, with a focus on freshly roasted specialty coffee. In that, we are not alone. However, what sets us apart from our competitors is our commitment to always buy the best quality green coffee the season has to offer and then blend it to specific flavour profiles.

To produce the individual flavours that your particular customers have grown to love, our coffees come from many different origins - Ethiopia, India, Brazil, Columbia and El Salvador to name a few. Having said that, we do not have set blends that have been passed on from previous generations. We let the coffee from the season dictate what the blends will be. We never try to make the season fit with the blend.

Aroma coffees remain consistent in their high quality, regardless of the conditions in which they have been grown and harvested. In fact, they only get better because we are constantly seeking new farmers who place great importance on quality. Over the years, we’ve learned that it doesn’t matter what it says on the bag, it’s what it says in the mouth that counts.
